(This story is interesting for the reader comments that followed, particularly one that read, "I find it odd that, given the extreme temperatures, the only problems encountered were with underground lines. I heard an Epcor rep being interviewed on the radio and he went on and on about how difficult it is to repair underground lines. As the average person means nothing to the brain trust at Epcor and given their response, it wouldn't surprise me if this was done on purpose to support their case for above ground lines.")
